Purpose
These terms govern the sale and fitting of PVC joinery by KOMPEN Algérie.
Quote and order
Prices shown by the 3D configurator are indicative estimates. The firm quote is drawn up after an on-site survey, which sets the final dimensions. The order is confirmed when the quote is accepted.
Price and payment
Prices are in Algerian dinars, VAT included. Terms (deposit on order, balance on delivery) are stated on the quote.
Lead times
Manufacturing and fitting lead times are confirmed after the survey and remain indicative until the quote is approved.
Warranty
Every unit carries a written warranty covering the profile, the hardware and the fitting, under the terms stated on the quote.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first.
