What are your manufacturing and fitting lead times?
The lead time is confirmed after the on-site survey, depending on the product and quantity. As a rule, allow two to four weeks between approval of the quote and fitting.
What warranty do you offer?
Every unit comes with a written warranty. The profile, the hardware and the fitting are covered; the exact terms are stated on the quote and the delivery note.
Do you take the measurements, or do I provide them?
A surveyor comes to take the exact dimensions before production starts: the 3D configurator is for composing and estimating, the survey sets the final measurements.
How does payment work?
The terms are set out on the quote: a deposit on order, the balance on delivery. Our sales team guides you at every step.
Which regions do you deliver to?
Our production unit is in Boudouaou (Boumerdès). We deliver and fit in Algiers, Boumerdès and the neighbouring wilayas; contact us to confirm your area.
