Every opening is the sum of a few well-made sections. These are ours, straight from the NOBLE profile catalogue — the real cross-sections, dimensioned in millimetres, as they leave the die.
Frame profile
The 70 mm outer frame — multi-chamber, with the steel reinforcement in its channel.
Sash profile
The opening leaf that carries the glass, the gaskets and the hardware.
Mullion
The central post that divides a wide opening into two.
Door sash
The inward-opening door leaf, drained, for entrance and service doors.
False mullion
The movable post that lets a two-leaf window open right across.
Glazing bead
The clip-in bead that holds a 20 mm double-glazed unit.
